This site is written in Django, a python-based framework. After working with PHP (and others) for years, web programming became fun again. A complete rewrite of the website was done over the past couple of months, replacing all the old PHP crud. While PHP was great for its time, Django can create web applications easier and faster. Overall, it was just an excuse to code in python. Green Machine, a very simple Django CMS (content management system) was created to host this content.

computers

Old hardwares are great and many can still be put to good use It's sad to see old computers get thrown away just because it can't run the latest Windows or games. However, I'm long overdue for a major upgrade and would love to get my hands on a quadcore Mac Pro with 23" Apple Cinema Display. Drool.
